Raising your health on Millsberry is easy - you have to feed your person a healthy diet consisting of all 5 food groups every day. The 5 food groups on Millsberry are protein, grain, dairy, fruits, and vegetables.
I use two different diets to keep up my health and my health on all my accounts is at 100%.
- If your hunger level is grumbly or lower eat the following:
- Fruit Salad
- Green Salad
- Cheeseburger
If you are still not completely full after eating those three items try eating another salad or fruit salad.
- If your hunger level is comfortably full or higher you should eat the following:
- Fruit Salad
- Lasagna (found on page 2 of the deli section of the grocery store)
You can also use any toiletries found in the bathroom to raise your health by 1% each day!
